A former Global AI Evangelist at Novartis, he spearheaded AI adoption across a $2 billion business unit and has delivered over 70 AI workshops globally. Now a serial entrepreneur and faculty member at ESADE and HSLU, he co-founded werchota.ai and coatingAI, leveraging his MBA and fluency in three languages.

PhD in mathematics and geophysics, has led in some of the world's most demanding environmentsâfrom Siberian drilling platforms to executive deployments across Africa. Today she designs AI-powered organizational architectures that unite structure with intuition, speed with mindfulnessâfor growth that holds.

With experience ranging from structural projects to a Venezuelan car dealership & a Barcelona ghost kitchen, he brings analytical finance skills & a passion for strategic mediation.

This TU Hamburg computer science graduate combines theoretical knowledge with practical excellence, having developed a deep neural network that outperforms the currently used state-of-the-art group testing algorithms. His autonomous humanoid robotics team earned second place (SPL) at the German Open 2025 RoboCup, one of the most prestigious competitions for autonomous robots in Europe.
